Trevor Cooper

Trevor Cooper is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Area Operations at RXO, Inc., where management of multiple Last Mile operations across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia is a key responsibility. As a Partner at Coopers Docks since March 2010, Trevor delivers and installs docks and boatlifts throughout Michigan. Prior experience includes a series of managerial roles at XPO Logistics, Inc. from September 2016 to October 2022, focusing on Last Mile Operations, as well as serving as Operations Supervisor at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from June 2012 to March 2017, where daily supervision and team motivation were critical. Trevor holds an Associate of Arts degree from Grand Rapids Community College and furthered education at Grand Valley State University.
