Tudor Bodea

Tudor Bodea is an accomplished data science director currently serving at RXO since November 2022, where Tudor is a member of the RXO Tech Leadership team. Previously at XPO from August 2018 to October 2022, Tudor built and led a global Data Science team while designing a real-time Dynamic Pricing engine that significantly improved capacity sourcing decisions. Prior to that, Tudor held various roles at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) from July 2013 to May 2018, where contributions included formulating a Global Upsell Strategy with substantial revenue potential. Academic experience includes an Assistant Professor position at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from August 2010 to June 2013 and a research-based role at Predictix. Tudor holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside multiple degrees in the same field.
