Vanessa Vargas-Bowers

Vanessa Vargas-Bowers is currently serving as the Lead Program Manager for Diversity, Inclusion & Purpose at RXO since December 2022. Prior to this role, Vanessa accumulated significant experience at COSI - Center of Science and Industry, where positions included Director of Diversity and Equity, Manager of Special DEI Programs, and Executive Assistant to the CFO and SVP of Engagement & Impact from August 2017 to December 2022. Vanessa also held the position of Head Varsity Coach at Westerville-North High School from August 2014 to August 2017. Additional work experience includes roles as Executive Assistant at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., HR Administrative Assistant III at Bank of America, and Human Resources Administrative Assistant at ESM. Vanessa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Franklin University.
