Zack McNeely

Zack McNeely is a seasoned professional in contract carrier relations, currently serving as Senior Director of Contract Carrier Relations for Last Mile at RXO, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Zack held the position of Director of Contract Carrier Relations for Last Mile at both RXO and XPO Logistics, managing extensive oversight of relationships, audit processes, and program development in North America. With a strong background in project management and operations, Zack has contributed significantly to onboarding new business within the Last Mile network and managed operations across key client accounts. Zack’s early career included an internship as Assistant General Manager for Lenoir Oilers Baseball, focusing on public relations and game day operations. Zack holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Marketing from Western Carolina University.
