Ylisa Kunze

Ylisa Kunze possesses extensive experience in community engagement and human resources, serving in various leadership roles at RXR Realty since January 2007, including Director of Glen Cove Community Engagement, Senior Vice President, and First Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this, Ylisa held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Reckson Associates from February 1998 to January 2007. Ylisa's academic background includes a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Buffalo.
