Stephen Yau

Stephen Yau is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in help desk management and technical support. Currently serving as the Manager of the IT Help Desk at RxSense since October 2021, Stephen has been instrumental in establishing a Help Desk team, developing documentation, and implementing structured processes. Prior roles include Supervisor of IS at NextGen Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed integrating new office locations and analyzing KPI metrics for team improvement, and a Team Lead at the same company, overseeing ticket management and training new technicians.
