Lauren Fiscale

Lauren Fiscale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of optometry and clinical programs. At RxSight, Inc., Lauren held progressive roles including Director of Professional Education, where responsibilities included publication planning and engaging with key opinion leaders, and Associate Director of Global Clinical Programs, focusing on presentations and business insights. Prior experience includes serving as a Refractive Account Manager at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, and as an Optometrist at Spectrum Eyecare Optometry and Wildwood Eyecare. Lauren began with a residency at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Bioinformatics and Molecular Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an O.D. from the New England College of Optometry.
