Brian Devries

Brian Devries has extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving in Ridged Dump Operations at Ryan Incorporated Central since August 2022, Brian previously worked in commercial transportation at DeVries Transportation from May 2016 to August 2022, specializing in commercial heavy haul logistics. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Oil Pad Solutions, overseeing multiple building projects and managing human resources, inventory control, and budgeting from May 2014 to May 2016, and Construction Project Manager at Reliable Contractors handling commercial construction projects from February 2013 to May 2014. Academically, Brian is pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, with an anticipated completion date in March 2024, and holds a Master's degree in the same field along with a BA in Psychology with a focus on management and group dynamics.
