Alane Wessels

Alane Wessels has over two decades of experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Ryan Companies US, Inc. since June 2003, Alane has also held positions as Human Resources Manager and Administrative Services Manager, managing staff and providing HR support across multiple offices. Prior to this, Alane was the Operations Manager at Inter-Tel Technologies, where responsibilities included leadership and resource planning for operations in Iowa. Alane's career began at McLeodUSA as Telecommunications Coordinator Manager, overseeing teams in four offices. Alane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Psychology from Mount Mercy University.
