Andrew Manning

Andrew Manning is a seasoned professional in the field of development and engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Development for Multifamily at Ryan Companies US, Inc. since October 2022, Andrew has previously held the role of Development Manager at DeBartolo Development and Director positions at several companies, including Toll Brothers and ICON Residential. Prior to these roles, Andrew gained valuable experience managing projects at WS Development, Bohler Engineering, and other engineering firms. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University between 1992 and 1996.
