Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Ryan Companies US, Inc. since December 2008, Andrew has previously held roles as Accounting Supervisor/Senior Property Accountant at Madison Marquette from August 2001 to October 2008, where responsibilities included supervising and training Property Accountants and ensuring the accuracy of month-end financial reports. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked as a Property Accountant managing financial reporting for regional shopping centers and as a Rail Freight Accountant at Cargill, ensuring timely invoice payments and reconciling balance sheet accounts. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
