Brad Schoenfelder

Brad Schoenfelder has an extensive career in the construction and real estate industry, currently serving as President of the Midwest Region for Ryan Companies US, Inc. since January 1999. In this role, Brad oversees all business development, personnel, and operations within the Midwest, focusing on delivering high-quality projects while fostering lasting client relationships. Prior to this position, Brad held the role of VP of Development at Ryan Companies, where responsibilities included land development, design-build delivery, and strategic planning for commercial, industrial, and retail projects across the Midwest. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Project Manager at Cargill and General Mills from January 1992 to January 1999. Brad earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines in 1991.
