Hunter Barrier is a highly experienced professional in the real estate development sector, currently serving as Regional Chairman at Ryan Companies US, Inc. since February 2012, where Hunter established the South Central region in Texas and oversaw significant development projects. Previously, Hunter held positions such as Managing Principal at North Ninth Partners, where the focus was on institutional-quality commercial and multi-family properties, and President & CEO at Opus South Corporation, leading major developments across several key cities. Hunter’s earlier experience includes serving as President of McShane Corporation, where significant expansion occurred, and as Vice President of Development at CarrAmerica, enhancing the Class A office development portfolio. Hunter holds degrees in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master's in Construction Engineering & Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
