Maureen Michalski

Maureen Michalski is a Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where Maureen leads the North Region Mixed Use team, overseeing multifamily and specialty projects. With experience as Chair of The Board of Trustees for High Winds Fund and as Vice President of Development at Schafer Richardson, Maureen has successfully established development strategies and managed development operations. Previous roles include Project Manager at Aeon and Real Estate Development Associate at Accessible Space, Inc., where Maureen focused on affordable and accessible housing initiatives. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College.
