Anita Eguia

Anita Eguia is a seasoned professional in customer service and team management with extensive experience in retail. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Representative at Ryan Lawn & Tree since July 2021, Anita previously held the position of Assistant Manager at Bath & Body Works from July 2014 to April 2020 and at The Buckle from 2012 to March 2014. Responsibilities included overseeing store operations, training and developing staff, managing schedules, conducting interviews and recruitment, handling paperwork, and ensuring optimal customer experiences.
