Matt Zastudil

Matt Zastudil has extensive work experience in the IT governance, risk management, and audit fields. Matt is currently serving as the VP of IT Governance and Risk at Ryan Specialty Group. Prior to this, they worked at Eaton as a member of the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (COE), where they developed an Information Security Management System (ISMS) program and enhanced IT governance policies and procedures. Before Eaton, Zastudil was the Global Head of IT Audit at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., where they led a team in supporting compliance efforts and designing an IT Internal Audit (IA) annual plan. Matt also served as the Information Technology Audit Manager at First Energy Corporation, where they directed the audit function for IT and developed technology and tools for the IA team. Zastudil began their career at EY, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager in Risk Advisory, Global Center Application Risk Leader, and Financial/IT Senior Auditor. During their time at EY, they focused on improving compliance and operational efficiency for clients, led large projects in automation and control solutions, and developed international application risk and control methodology.

Matt Zastudil has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University. Matt also has certifications in risk and information systems control, information security management, information systems auditing, and data privacy solutions engineering from ISACA.
