Michael Conklin

Michael Conklin has extensive work experience in human resources leadership roles. Michael currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer at Ryan Specialty since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President & CHRO at WSFS Bank from 2020 to 2023. From 2013 to 2020, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Global Human Resources at U.S. Bank, where they supported over 52,000 employees across North America, Europe, Canada, and Mexico.
