Paula Starcher

Paula Starcher is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in project management and creative content production. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at Ryan Specialty since October 2018, Paula oversees internal and external communications while supporting sales and growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Paula was the Manager of Creative Services at PW Media from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included developing brand-relevant content for over 650 franchise locations. Paula's freelance experience from 2006 to 2011 involved senior project management and video production, while earlier roles at Sinclair Broadcast Group from 1998 to 2006 focused on high-quality broadcast project management and production. Paula holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising from Towson University.
