Tracy Hewick

Tracy Hewick, MBA, currently serves as the Surplus Lines Technical Systems Manager at Ryan Specialty Group since December 2020, after a brief tenure as Supervisor of Surplus Lines Tax at RT Specialty. Tracy has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, notably holding multiple roles at All Risks, Ltd, including Surplus Lines Tax Team Lead and Tax Systems Procedure Analyst from March 2015 to September 2020. Earlier career experience includes positions at TESSCO Technologies, where responsibilities ranged from Contracts Administrator to Program Manager-Retail, and a role at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. as Merchandise Invoice Exception Lead. Tracy holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma and earned an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.
