Jeng-Ya Chen

Jeng-Ya (Jen) Chen is a legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC since October 2017, Jeng-Ya focuses on business and family-based immigration petitions, handling a variety of nonimmigrant categories such as H-1B, L-1A, and O-1. Prior to this, Jeng-Ya held roles including Of Counsel at the same firm, a Legal Researcher at Chianglin Law Firm, and a Research Assistant at UCLA, where work involved complex legal research and support for law review articles. Additional experience includes an externship with Justice Sheryl Gordon McCloud at the Washington State Supreme Court and a law clerk position at the Law Offices of Sarah Jeong, focusing on immigration-related research and visa petitions.
