Glenn C. McCoy, Jr. is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in state and local tax consulting and compliance. An educator as well, McCoy served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center. McCoy holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
