Jerry Heaton

Jerry Heaton is an experienced professional in commercial real estate, currently serving as the Director at Ryan since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jerry held various positions at Paradigm Tax Group from November 2006 to March 2021, including Senior Director of South Central Operations and Senior Managing Consultant/Principal, focusing on property tax consulting, real estate valuation, tax appeals, and due diligence. Jerry's earlier career includes a tenure as Senior Vice President at First American Commercial Real Estate Services, where responsibilities included overseeing the consulting and appraisal division, and a significant role as Department Head at the FDIC, managing appraisal and procurement sections. Jerry began the career as a Project Manager at Gibraltar Home Corporation, handling sales and construction management for custom home projects. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate and Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned between 1978 and 1982.
