John Stark, CMI, is a seasoned professional in real property tax, currently serving as Director of Real Property Tax at Ryan since March 2024, following a tenure as Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes management and consulting roles at Popp Hutcheson PLLC from February 2018 to February 2024, where John led the multifamily and student housing practice group. John was also a Licensed Property Tax Consultant, progressing from Legal Analyst to Senior Legal Analyst during this period, and previously worked as a Paralegal at The Pace Law Firm, P.C.
