Kristina Costanza

Kristina Costanza is an experienced account manager, currently serving at Ryan since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kristina held various positions at Altus Group from August 2022 to January 2025, including account manager and business development manager. Kristina's extensive background in business development includes a tenure as Area Director of Business Development at Simon Property Group from March 2017 to August 2022, and as Corporate Portfolio Marketing Director at Cypress Equities from September 2013 to January 2017. Earlier experience also includes significant marketing leadership roles with Turnberry Associates, highlighting directorships in marketing and tourism, as well as assistant marketing director at The Forum Shops at Caesars under Simon Property Group from July 1999 to February 2008. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned from 1993 to 1997.
