Nicole Caravano

Nicole Caravano is a seasoned professional in the property tax and client services sectors, currently serving as Director of Property Tax Commercial at Ryan since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole held various leadership positions at Paradigm Tax Group, including National Director of Client Services and Senior Director of National Client Services, until the company's acquisition by Ryan, LLC in February 2023. Nicole's earlier experience includes significant roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities spanned from Global Client Intelligence to Account Platform Director. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Sacred Heart University.
