Rachel Duck, CMI, is a seasoned property tax professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal in Property Tax Commercial at Ryan since March 2024, Rachel previously held various leadership roles at Popp Hutcheson PLLC from March 2014 to March 2024, including Principal, Director, Manager, and Property Tax Consultant. Prior to that, Rachel gained valuable experience as a Sixth Grade Teacher and Team Leader at Meridian World School from August 2011 to January 2014, and worked as a Property Tax Consultant at Popp Hutcheson PLLC and Paramount Property Analysts. Rachel's career began as a Bilingual Teacher with the Austin Independent School District. Rachel holds a Master of Real Estate in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University.
