Saji Mark

Saji Mark serves as the Director of the People Group for India and the Philippines at Ryan since April 2023, leading strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals and promote a culture of innovation. Prior to this role, Saji held various positions at Synchrony, including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing HR policies, facilitating leadership training, and managing talent acquisition efforts. Saji's career began at GE Capital, progressing from Senior Customer Service Representative to Senior Officer overseeing background verification processes. Saji holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Osmania University.
