Susan Alipour

Susan Alipour, CSM, is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies and technical writing, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master for IT Applications at Ryan since January 2020. Susan has facilitated the development of Salesforce, Workday, and financial application teams while providing KPI metrics on quality and completed work items. Prior roles include Managing Director of Operations at Koupon Media, where Susan developed JIRA dashboards for metric tracking and ensured SOC2 compliance, and Scrum Master at ARGO, where Susan led cross-functional teams in user story completion. Additional experience encompasses product management and technical writing positions at Brierley+Partners, Texas Instruments, iWave Software, AudioCodes, and Nortel Networks, contributing to documentation standards and project management. Susan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Commercial and Advertising Art from the University of Oklahoma.
