Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy currently serves as the Head of Continuing Airworthiness at Ryanair, a position held since July 2022. Murphy has extensive experience in the aviation industry, including a previous role as Technical Support Manager at AerCap from September 2018 to July 2022, and a brief tenure as Airworthiness Engineer at Boeing in 2018. Prior to these roles, Murphy had a long career at Ryanair from 1997 to July 2018, progressing through various positions including Avionic Manager Technical Services and B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer. Murphy's educational background includes a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland, a CPD Diploma in Data Analysis from Technological University Dublin, and an Apprenticeship in Aircraft Engineering from the same institution.
