Marylena Garcia. P.e.

Marylena Garcia, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of reservoir engineering and reserves estimation. Marylena has held various roles at Ryder Scott Co. LP, starting as a Petroleum Engineer and eventually becoming the Senior Managing Vice President. Their responsibilities included conducting reserves evaluations, assessing future income, and working with different contracts and agreements. Prior to their time at Ryder Scott Co. LP, they worked as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at ConocoPhillips, where they focused on resource assessment, reserves estimation, and post-audit activities. Marylena also served as a Staff Reservoir Engineer at Oxy, overseeing the Denver unit's CO2 EOR project. Marylena Garcia's early career began at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. as a Petroleum Engineer.

Marylena Garcia P.E. earned a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad de Oriente (VE) from 1991 to 1998. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Reservoir Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2003 and 2005.
