Alexander Ruiz

Alexander Ruiz is an experienced professional in customer insights and data analytics, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Ryder System, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Alexander amassed over a decade of experience at Royal Caribbean Group, holding various positions including Manager of Guest Strategy & Analytics and Lead roles in both Hotel Performance and Guest Experience Analytics. Alexander began the career at Bill Hansen Catering as a server and gained internship experience at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, where involvement focused on researching the effects of atherosclerosis in menopausal hamsters. Alexander obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2012.
