Jody Thompson

Jody Thompson, SSLP, serves as a Group Logistics Manager II at Ryder System, Inc. since July 2015, with a focus on managing logistics operations at General Motors’ Corvette Assembly Plant. In addition to extensive experience in logistics management, Jody holds the position of President of the Kentucky Chapter of Operation WetVet, a nonprofit organization supporting Combat Wounded Veterans. Jody operates as a freelance logistics consultant and is the owner of HDK Prints, LLC. Previous roles include Operations and Safety Manager at Transervice Logistics Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing a 24/7 grocery delivery service and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, as well as serving as an Assault Amphibian Vehicle Platoon Maintenance Chief in the United States Marine Corps, leading maintenance operations for a combat-ready unit. Jody earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2014.
