Joe Rusch

Joe Rusch currently serves as Group Manager, Logistics II at Ryder System, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joe was the Director of Operations at Torque Fitness, where responsibilities included overseeing the North American Operations team's budget, performance metrics, and department growth while leading the integration of ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms. Joe also held various positions at Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc., including Division Manager: Distribution, Corporate Operations Manager, Compliance Manager, Operations Manager, and Dispatch Coordinator. Earlier career experience includes a Logistics Intern role at Transport Distribution Services and a Moving Specialist position at Mohawk Moving & Storage. Joe completed education at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University and attended Totino-Grace High School.
