Karla Eaves is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Ryder System, Inc. and has held the position since 2024. Previously, they served as Associate General Counsel at Cardinal Logistics Management from 2016 and Corporate Counsel at Red Ventures from 2014 to 2016. Eaves has also worked as General Counsel for Motorsports Authentics from 2006 to 2014 and as an Associate at Hartsell & Williams, PA from 2003 to 2006. They earned a BA in Anthropology from Davidson College (1990-1994) and a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law (2000-2003).
