Kartik Iyer

Kartik Iyer is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and technical services, currently serving as Group Director of Maintenance and Engineering at Ryder System, Inc. since August 2010. With a robust background in reliability engineering, Iyer has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Technical Services & Operations, where responsibilities included managing warranty operations for a fleet of approximately 180,000 units across the U.S. and Canada. Previous experience includes positions at Detroit Diesel Corporation, where Iyer contributed to significant cost-saving projects and development of exhaust after-treatment systems, as well as experience at ADECCO TECHNICAL and Larsen & Toubro Limited. Iyer holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
