Tom Dee started their work experience at Proven Business Systems in September 2013 as an Account Manager. Tom provided consultation and analysis on document management needs and created cost-effective technology solutions for various vertical markets. In 2014, they joined Rydin as an Account Representative and later became a Sales Manager in September 2016. In this role, they managed a team of nine employees, achieved sales goals, developed strategies for each market, and implemented a new bonus plan. Tom also established the first Business Development Team in the company's sales history and developed the Lead Specialist position, which they currently manage. Tom demonstrates strong leadership and empowerment skills and is committed to personal and professional development.

Tom Dee attended the University of Dayton from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Criminal Justice with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. Prior to attending the University of Dayton, Tom received their high school education at Waubonsie Valley High School. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including a Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Sales Management and two Certificates of Completion in Management Skills for New Managers, all from the American Management Association in 2016.
