Laura Jasmijn Kösters

Laura Jasmijn Kösters has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 when they joined ING Belgium as a General Banker Investments, where they gained sales and customer-oriented skills. In 2018, they transitioned to i-Hotel Services, initially working as a Revenue Management Assistant, focusing on strategic revenue management and online distribution in the Benelux hospitality market. Laura Jasmijn later took on the role of Revenue & Project Manager, where they worked on pricing, forecasting, and business road mapping for clients. In 2021, Laura became the Operations Manager at i-Hotel Services, responsible for designing the business roadmap and optimizing procedures and tools. In 2022, they joined Rydoo as a Customer Success Operations Specialist.

Laura Jasmijn Kösters has a strong educational background in business and hospitality management. Laura Jasmijn obtained a Master's degree in Organisation and Management from the University of Antwerp in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen in 2013. Additionally, Laura briefly studied Hospitality Management at TietgenSkolen in 2012. Furthermore, they have achieved additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Power User in Organising Data from Planhat in 2023, and obtaining a European Driver License (Type B) from CBR in 2010.
