Shalini Iacobucci

Shalini Iacobucci is an experienced education professional with a focus on leadership and professional development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Professional Learning at UChicago Impact since September 2017, Shalini also works as a Leadership and Professional Development Consultant at RYE Consulting and co-founded Inspire Girls Academy, which provides innovative STEAM programming for young girls in the Chicago area. Previous roles include National Faculty at the Buck Institute for Education, Senior Literacy Consultant at R.E.A.D. Worldwide, and Program Director at New Teacher Center, among others. Shalini holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
