Angela M. Acevedo

Angela M. Acevedo is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Organizational Effectiveness & Readiness Manager at Optimum since October 2023. Angela has also been an Assistant Fencing Coach at Rye Country Day School since October 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist, Talent Development Specialist, and Associate Talent Development Specialist at New York Power Authority from November 2019 to October 2023, as well as Human Resources at Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy in 2019. Previous experience includes HR Coordinator and Assistant Director of Aquatics at The Gersh Organization from June 2014 to April 2019, as well as a Teacher's Assistant at Queens College. Angela holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College.
