Don Fleschut

Don Fleschut is an experienced professional with a strong background in data analytics and financial planning. Since February 2004, Don has served as Vice President and Chief Data Officer at Ryerson, where responsibilities include developing and executing an analytics roadmap and leading teams in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Sales Enablement to enhance business processes through innovative solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Applied Business Intelligence, where Don founded a team focused on analytics, and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, responsible for corporate-level financial strategies. Earlier in Don's career at JM Tull Metals Company, management roles spanned financial planning, regional sales management, and various sales representative positions, showcasing a consistent trajectory of commercial success. Don holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
