Susan Grimes

Susan Grimes is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and management across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Ryerson since October 2022, Susan previously held multiple HR leadership roles at Cobb-Vantress from 2011 to October 2022, culminating as SR. Manager HR. Responsibilities included directing HR initiatives, overseeing regional managers, and managing complex HR operations. Prior roles at Cobb-Vantress encompassed positions such as Complex HR Manager and Human Resources Manager, with a focus on employee staffing, recruitment, and compliance. Susan's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager for Candlewood Suites® Hotels and Courtyard by Marriott, as well as Director of Human Resources at Pinnacle Country Club.
