Karen Davis Hodges

Karen Davis Hodges has over 25 years of experience in business development and sponsorship consulting within the entertainment industry. Karen most recently served as the SVP of Business Development at Ryff since 2018. Previously, they worked as a Promotion and Sponsorship Consultant at Movie Mogul, Inc. from 2010 to 2018. In 2017, Karen was a Sponsorship Consultant at Premier (London) where they led a project to raise awareness and funds for ocean conservation. Karen also held the position of Business Development Director at The Picture Production Company from 2007 to 2009 and at Momentum Worldwide from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Karen served as Head of Brands and Entertainment at Beatwax from 2002 to 2004 and as Sponsorship Director at 46664 - Nelson Mandela's initiative to raise global awareness of the HIV/Aids pandemic in 2003. Karen started their career at Universal Pictures in 1993, where they were a Coordinator for National Promotions and Special Projects. Karen holds extensive experience in identifying and pitching potential sponsors, leading account teams, and developing partnerships in the film industry.

Karen Davis Hodges completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1988, they attended Tulane University and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History in 1992. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, Karen pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the USC Marshall School of Business. Lastly, in 2014 to 2015, they attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and completed a program called Applied Jewelry Professional. The field of study for this program is not specified.
