Rami Kamel

Rami Kamel is an experienced operations leader in the aged care and health sectors, currently serving as the General Manager Operations for Ryman Healthcare in Australia since April 2022. With a background as the founder of Think Louder, Rami has specialized in strategic consulting, master classes, workshops, and keynote presentations aimed at the aged care, health, retail, and sales industries from January 2015 to April 2022. Previous roles include Director of the National Centre for Healthy Ageing at Peninsula Health, National Operations Director for Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living at Mercy Health Australia, and various management positions across leading organizations such as Lendlease, Regis, and Coles Express. Rami holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Monash University, alongside several other qualifications in management and training.
