James Chamblin II

James Chamblin II has a strong background in design and construction, with a focus on the hospitality industry. James worked at Ryman Hospitality Properties from 2012 to present, starting as the Vice President of Design & Construction and later becoming the Senior Vice President in the same department. Prior to that, they were employed by Gaylord Entertainment from 2002 to 2012, where they held various positions, including Vice President of Design & Construction and Executive Director of Design & Construction. James began their career at American Retirement Corporation in 1999 as a Project Manager in Development & Construction.

James Chamblin II obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued further education and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, which they completed between 1992 and 1994.
