Janie Ward

Janie Ward has extensive experience in guest services, currently serving at Ryman Hospitality Properties since October 2018. Prior to this role, Janie was a Guest Service Ambassador for the Chicago Cubs from January 2013 to June 2018. Janie's career began at Abbott Laboratories, where the position of Associate Manager in Convention Marketing was held from September 1993 until retirement in August 2012.
