Jeremy Long

Jeremy Long is an experienced professional in ticketing and guest experience management, currently serving as Ticketing Manager at Ryman Hospitality Properties since August 2023. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Director of Guest Experience at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo from October 2022 to August 2023. Long's extensive tenure at Herschend Family Entertainment spanned over a decade, during which Jeremy progressed through various roles, including Corporate Ticketing Operations Manager, Ticketing Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, and Team Lead. Jeremy holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from King University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
