Ryan Joy

Ryan Joy is a professional in the sports ticketing industry with extensive experience at both West Ham United FC and Crystal Palace Football Club. Currently serving as Deputy Ticketing Manager at West Ham United FC since March 2023, Ryan previously held multiple roles at Crystal Palace, including Membership Supervisor/Matchday Ticketing Manager and Membership & Tours Supervisor, where responsibilities expanded to managing the club's official membership and overseeing the launch of stadium and academy tours. Ryan started as a Ticketing Executive and contributed to enhancing the matchday experience through excellent customer service as part of the Fan Support Team. Education includes attendance at Charles Darwin Sixth Form and Charles Darwin School, with a completion of GCSE qualifications.
