Sharon Foster

Sharon Foster is an experienced People Director currently leading human resource initiatives at Ryman since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sharon held various positions at Matalan, including Head of HR Retail and Logistics and Senior Manager, from July 2015 to April 2023. Additional experience includes a role in Human Resources at Crocs, Inc. from September 2014 to July 2015, and serving as Head of HR Business Partnering at Your Housing Group for a brief period in 2014. Sharon also worked as Head of and Group HR Business Partner at Internacionale UK Ltd from September 2011 to February 2014 and was an HR Business Partner at New Look from May 2007 to August 2011.
