Sidsel Marie Sindal

Sidsel Marie Sindal has a diverse work experience in HR and leadership roles. Sidsel Marie is currently working as an HR/OD Director at Rynkeby Foods A/S since September 2020. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at the same company from June 2019 to September 2020. Sidsel also worked as an HR Chef at Psykiatrien i Region Syddanmark from August 2017 to June 2019. Before that, they owned their own HR consulting business called HR Partneren from January 2016 to May 2019. Sidsel has also held interim positions as an HR Manager at FTZ Autodele & Værktøj A/S in 2017, where they primarily focused on negotiation, implementing new processes, and SAP HR startup. Sidsel Marie has also served as a board member at Limfjorden Pilot from June 2015 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Sidsel worked as an HR Chef and HR Administrator at DanPilot - Danish State Pilotage from 2010 to 2016, where they had responsibilities ranging from personnel law and recruitment to strategic planning and business development. Sidsel Marie also worked as an HR Chef at OUH Odense Universitetshospital – Svendborg Sygehus from May 2008 to April 2010 and as an HR Chef and AC Fuldmægtig at Sygehus Fyn from September 2001 to April 2008.

Sidsel Marie Sindal has a diverse education history. Sidsel Marie attended IMD in 2022, where they completed a High Performance Leadership program. In 2015, Sidsel Marie Sindal enrolled in the Probana Business School and earned a Mini MBA. During the same year, they also participated in a Masterclass at Dansk HR, specializing in the role of HR Chief as a strategic partner.

Prior to that, Sidsel Marie Sindal attended the Copenhagen Business School from 1998 to 2001, where they graduated with a degree in Jura (Law). In 2014, they pursued another Masterclass at Probana Business School, focusing on change management.

In terms of certifications, Sidsel Marie Sindal obtained an Insights certification from Insights in November 2020. Additionally, they received a DiSC certification from DISCOVER A/S in December 2015.
