Program Management and Coordination

The Program Management and Coordination team at RYSE Youth Center is responsible for designing, organizing, and managing the center's various programs. They ensure these programs are aligned with RYSE's mission to create safe, empowering spaces for youth. The team coordinates facilitators, manages administrative tasks, fosters cultural and community engagement, and drives programmatic efforts to amplify youth power and social justice initiatives within the Richmond community.
